Ferrero Forward Consulting is built on a simple principle: the people you meet are the people who do the work. Guillermo and Juli are personally involved in every engagement. There are no junior consultants assigned to your file after the proposal is signed.

But we're not working alone.

Over 25 years in local government, we've built strong working relationships with respected professionals across the sector. When an engagement calls for specialized expertise in areas such as labour relations, communications, fire or utility services, executive recruitment, or sector-specific operational knowledge, we bring in trusted associates who have genuine, senior-level experience in that area.

This means our clients get the best of both: a small firm's accountability and direct senior involvement, with the depth and range of a much larger organization.

How We Work with Associates

• We tell you upfront. If an associate will be involved, they're identified in your proposal, who they are, what they'll do, and what it costs.
• We stay accountable. Guillermo and Juli remain responsible for the engagement from start to finish. Associates supplement our work; they don't replace our involvement.
• We only bring in people we'd hire ourselves. Every associate in our network is someone we know professionally and would trust with our own organization.
