Who we are
More than 45 years of combined local government experience.
Guillermo Ferrero brings more than 25 years in municipal government, including service as Chief Administrative Officer for the City of White Rock and the Town of Ladysmith, and senior leadership roles with the City of Nanaimo. Originally trained in information technology, he led municipal IT, business applications and ERP systems before moving into the CAO's chair, a combination almost no municipal consultant offers.
Juli Halliwell-Ferrero brings more than 20 years in local government, including service as Chief Administrative Officer for the Village of Anmore. She holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from Royal Roads University.
